1. How is the video delivered after it is done?

Once the work is completed the videos are delivered in flash format, or AVI, or both format’s, depending on your choice.
We deliver the videos either in ZIP or RAR format.

2. How long it takes to create my video?

It generally, takes from 3 days to three weeks, depending on how many orders we scheduled. You may want to notify us if your video needs to be done urgently.

3. How long are the videos?

Usually, most of the flash video orders are for 1 to 2 minutes videos, but you can get a video as big as you wish. If your video is more than 2 to 3 minutes, the price goes up with each minute that is added. Please Contact Us if you any questions in this regard.

4. How many words does a script have?

Generally a maximum of 145 words for 1 minute video, a maximum of 290 words for 2 minutes video and a maximum of 435 words for 3 minutes video is ideal for any presentation but it depends on the way the voice over should sound. A timed reading before you could submit your script is recommended.

5. How do I send you the script?

You must supply 2 versions of the script.

Version 1: is the voice-over script.
Version 2: is the text displayed on the flash presentation.

6. Are you checking my script for grammar?

No. You must assure that the script you are sending is correct, otherwise the voice over and the text from the video might have grammatical errors.

7. Can you insert the images and Logo's i send?

Yes we can surely do that. But we request you to please send us images or logo's to be inserted before we could start working on your presentation.

Once we begin working and deliver the flash presentation it would be a difficult task for us to change the images you wish to be inserted. Hope you will cooperate in this regard.

8. How many revisions are included?

You will have the opportunity to have your Flash presentation revised two times without having to make extra payment. It's very importantyou provide as much detail in your initial order placement to ensure we design exactly towards your specifications.
